What is the difference between recovery and repair?
Recovery looks for missing or deleted files. Repair works on existing files that are damaged or cannot open. If a file is missing, recover it first and then assess whether repair is needed.
How can I protect the original file during repair?
Keep the original file and export the repaired result separately. Always work from a copy when the file is important.
Can every damaged file be repaired?
No. Results depend on the file format, damage and remaining data. Try a preview where available. If repair fails, send us the format, file size and error message using the form below.
